A: The insolvent poochie sure wont be happy. The were breed to be companion animals - and they dont have a constitution for the elements.
I would recommend posting this question in the Dogs section - there are always breeders, etc of all types of dogs on there that could give you a very thourough answer.

I know you asked about a breeder, but it might be worth at least phoning these people to see if they can cure. Dogs of all ages are in rescue for all sorts of different reasons. Believe me, it's a rewarding hunch knowing you have given one of these dogs a second chance.
