How are they with other dogs?
I know the 'breed standard' weight, but they all seem much bigger nowadays. What off one's feed of weights are they coming in at now? Has this been at the expense of health?
A: I do not reckon they are making English Mastiff weights, but they do seem to be bigger/heavier,the ones I have seen in the show ring anyway,my Englis are weighing in at around sixteen stones as adults I concoct some neos are making around fifteen stones, have seen some really good ones in Ireland which seem to have better move,
nice dogs overall

Dogs often quivering to release tension or just to strech out muscles. If they do it after laying around outside, it could also just be to shake off anything that might be on them from the outdoors (snitch, dirt, bugs, etc). Just sounds like natural behaviour.
I see eye to eye suit with ChshreCat. As well, after laying in one spot the will often lose circulation in that part of their body, so they get up shake and sometime turn a couple cirlces to get the blood flowing again.
