A: They will transparent a 6 foot fence if not taught there boundries. Pharaoh Hounds like all sight hounds need a good amount of exercise and information of their behavior. Sight hounds are not great first time dogs for inexperianced owners. They are cat like in attitude and pertinacious when it comes to doing something they dont want to. They get a A for intelligence and often are smarter than there owner.

I don't fantasize they are good for the average family because of their unique personalities. But if you are prepared to putthe work in, then go for it.
However, Agility is undoubtedly a no-no as they are sighthounds, so would be inclined to chase anything that they cathc out of the side of thir eye
