I have already stony what breed of dog I want but they are hard to find . I want to find a GOOD, reputable breeder and possibly a price repeat. Can anyone help ?
A: Go to a state show in your area. Meet the people that are showing after they are done in the show ring. Every litter that has "show quality" puppies also has puppies of equally most luxurious breeding and health. If you are looking for a trusted breeder your best bet will be to contact the breed club. The Scottish Deerhound Club of America's website is http://www.deerhound.org/ Since they are not an incredibly familiar breed (they are out there, but not in the same number as say labs or yorkies) you should be prepared to travel a state or two away to find a good breeder.
