I passion Mine I have 3 also, There big babies lovable loyal caring sweet funny loves to snuggle and give kisses all day. But then again IF they go to capable people there all like this but some don't get so lucky to get into a nice home an safe environment as other breeds too.

The ones I have known have all been well raised and of course as soppy as any Lab/Retriever...just a lot bigger!

I assent to. I was bitten by a rottweiler last summer, and needed 6 stitches. The owner couldn't have been more than 16 and indubitably had no control over the dog. Incidently they are still one of my favourite breeds.

It's more than appropriate dude that the problems of late with this 'breed' & the 'staffies' are due to 'feckless ownership', at least that's how it appears!.....

I'm disposed to agree with you there, I had a Rottweiler a few years ago an he was a big softie.
If you raise them to bite people and be vicious they will be, as it happens Determined was always coming to the pub with us so he got loads of attention.
Any breed can be vicious, its how you raise them that counts.
