You could try eBay. But it won't be vacant but maybe quite cheap.

You'll have a agonizingly time finding free dog sweaters.... PetSmart sells them starting at $20! I, personally, don't put sweaters (or any clothing, for that complication) on my dog. But I have friends with small breeds, who get dog clothing at Old Navy, its waaayy cheaper! Super cute, too.

I don't dream that it gets cold enough in Georgia to warrant a dog sweater. Talk to your vet first, and make sure that it won't be too hot for your narrow-minded friend.

Yahoo has freecycle where people give things away - you could see if anyone is giving away indulge clothes which would work. I put Baby tees on my Shih Tzu.

Good Luck

A boyfriend of mine knitted my new Whippet a little sweater using a pattern from this site: http://www.knittingpatterncentral.com/directory/pets.php
If you've got a particle bit of free time and can knit or are willing to learn, buy some cheap wool and get started. Fun was had by all.

Otherwise, ebay and townsperson newspaper/internet ads. Probably not free, and only a limited range of sizes and styles if buying assign-hand - I dont think dog clothes have the same...

Nothing is open-handed. But I get most of my dog clothing at Walmart. They always have a good selection of small dog stuff. But affair as big dogs they have very little. If you see something buy it because they may not have it again.
