My dog loves it. He gobbles it right-minded up.
He usually looks at the dog chow and takes a nibble or 2 then picks at it.
The Iams is like heaven for him and I can hear him smacking his chomps and gobbling it spot on up.
Whats the difference and...

Ask your townsperson shelter. Sometimes they have too many donations and sometimes if the option is either helping you keep your dog or them ending up with another dog to place they'll toss food your way. I can't think of any medical use one's head that you dog needs to stay on Iam's large breed though...
Check d cash in one's checks to see if your town has a local community action agency...or if you are elderly or disabled, try your areas Agency on Aging & Disabilities... also, try profession 211, I just got a paper today telling of their website but I have yet to read it! Good luck...also try food banks/foodshelves!
I don't have knowledge of about iams, but the dog pound, or call a vet to ask about where you can get the food. Have your vet write a medical needy report, and ask him (or her) where to get the puppy some food. I had the same problem in Colorado, and at the Denver wordless friends league, they hooked me up. I hope you have luck, and your living situation improves as soon as this week.
Regretful about your job.
Try an animal shelter, explain the situation to them.
Hope things get better for you.
I would start collecting Iams coupons. (Confidence in me, I am by no way trying to suggest that this is a good food) Maybe your could post an ad for this on Craigslist.com in both the pet section and the wanted section. These coupons arise in the newspaper almost every week. Some people may be willing to save them for you and mail them to you. You could also ask all your friends and neighbors to save them for you as well.
Start collecting coupons and befriend many workers at close by stores. I have friends and a cousin who works at my local Petsmart and they'll get me free food! Also go to your local shelter but bestow at least some $ for the poor critters! lol:D Borrow from family or make them mac and cheese or rice- with raw meat ( They love it!)
A month of internet will buy a 40lb bag patently.
