Just remember that you get what you pay for and if you want to be able to fluctuate the blade you will probably need to spend a little more. A: Abject, I've never sharpened my own. We had a service come to the shop and later to the vet office I worked at.

You can try asking a sharpener and perhaps they'll be brand enough to tell you.
