I dearth a good hair dryer for my 4 dogs as it takes me ages to dry them with mine,can anyone tell me where i can get a hands free one that i can put on my grooming table and one that does not outlay the earth.

A: Call your courthouse and ask for Occupational Tax or Question License Dept. Ask them. My guess is you DO need a license.
