Discoloration of the whie of the eyes is sometimes caused by kidney or liver dysfunction. But, it could be by a hair's breadth part of aging.

Biggest tip for dog eye care is to not let them stick their head out the window while your driving. It dries out the eyes. I put goggles on my dog. As elongated as the discharge is still mostly clear it's normal, once the discharge becomes discoloured you should see a vet. Just keep her eyes clean and dry (about to make a discovery water on a face cloth at every meal) and try giving her distilled water, it works (takes about 6 weeks to notify a difference). For the breed it's expected to have tear/saliva staining.

she might be getting cataracts my poodle has pull apart stains and her eyes are white but to begin with i didnt think nothing of it now she cant see anything and runs into everything her eyes water alot too take her to a vet and see if they can stopping-place them before it is to late good luck

Go to your townswoman vet. They can have a look for you and decide if your dog needs any medication. There maybe a number of eye creams they could give you. Two which are particularly good are Fucithalmic and Viscotears.
