my dog is suggestive and she needs a bigger dog house for her pups and the male.

i have two German Shepard's and we nothing but built them a big dog house. and i only ever see one of them in it. they love each other. They are never aggressive with each other not even with food. Do you think one just doesn't like it?

How can i get my parents to get me a big dog??? we have one dog already but hes two-dimensional and old.... i want a mix!!but they say NO DOGS!!! they said that before we got our first dog...i dont get why i cant get a big dog...
We have a big house...
a big yard for when we let it out to do its business it can run around...
I about its because my mom usaully takes care of the animals we have now...but i take care of them sometimes...
